Life Guards for 2006 are: Haley Cooper, Taya Howsden, Kyle O'Brien, Josie Paisley and Shalee Santero.

Golf Course- One public nine-hole grass greens golf course and clubhouse.

Trap Shoot Sportsman Club:
Elk Refuge and Hunting:
Fishing-North Platte River, Lake McConaughy, and Sandhill Lakes provide excellent fishing
Hunting-Small and big game including deer, duck, antelope, goose, pheasant, grouse, quail, and turkey.
Boating-Sailboats, outboard and inboard motor boats, pontoons, canoes, houseboats, and jet skiing on Lake McConaughy, 20 miles southeast of Oshkosh. Small motorless craft on Crescent Lake, 20 miles north of Oshkosh.
Bird Watching: Guided or unguided. Garden County Nebraska has the third most documented number of species of birds in the US.
Skating-Ice skating on nearby lakes and ponds. ???
