EMERGENCY MEETING MINUTES
FEBRUARY 15, 2007

The Mayor and City Council met in emergency session February 14, 2007, at 5:30 p.m. Present: Brain Moffat, Larry Gette, Carol Lake, Jim Levick, and Mayor, Cindee Talley presiding. Also present: Administrator, Bill Campbell, and Clerk, LeAnn Brown. Said meeting was held in open and public session.

Mayor Talley noted the posting of the open meetings act.

Motion by Gette, seconded by Levick, to approve the agenda.
Motion carried unanimously.

The Mayor and Council took some time to go over and compare the proposed insurance bids. They also made in writing to the insurance companies several requests that they would like included in the new bid.

Motion by Moffat, seconded by Lake, to adjourn the meeting at 6:55 p.m.

The Mayor and Council will meet in special session on February 20, 2007, at 7:30 p.m., at City Hall.
