Yard Waste Notice for the Village of Lewellen
1. Leaves (only) must be bagged.
2. Grass clippings must be pile loose.
ABSOLUTELY NO yard waste in dumpsters!
3. Tree waste that will be picked up must be no bigger than one inch in diameter and cut to
no longer than 4 to 6 feet. Trees resident cut down or have someone else cut down are the
responsibility of the resident to dispose of.
4. Garden flower and weed waste must be piled seperately.
5. All yard waste mentioned above must be piled in seperate piles near the alley or
street side.
DO NOT MIX YARD WASTE INTO ONE BIG PILE!
Please help keep Lewellen beautiful by following the above procedures and taking pride in
your yards and your Village in general. If you need more information, please feel free to
