Preschool

Time: 8-11:30 for 3 year olds 12:15 - 3:45 for 4 year olds Monday - Thursday Teachers: Tiffany Schacher Students: Licensed for 20 children, ages 3-5, must be 3 by October 1st. To enroll: Need Child Record Form and current Immunization Record Cost: $180.00 per month (Some Head Start positions open) Transportation provided from Oshkosh.

Exercise Equipment

Exercise Hours
Monday - Friday 8:00 am - 6:00 pm

Exercise equipment hours are as follow. Available are treadmills, bicycles, stepper, health rider, rowing machine, strenght training and free weights.

Exercise Classes

50's Ladies
8:00 am Tuesday and Thursday.
Includes mild aerobic dance steps, balance, strenght and stretching. Moderate fitness level.

Equipment Group
4:30 Tuesdays and Thursdays
Group use of exercise equipment with individual programs, fitnes testing and assistance.

Senior Exercise
Lewellen - River View Assisted Living Monday and Wednesday 9:00 am
Oshkosh - United Methodis Church Monday Tuesday and THursday 9:00 am

Team Wellness Walking Program starts February 1 through June 1. Free t-shirt with $15 registration. Sponsor - Cornhusker State Games

Rates

Exercise Memberships
Annual: Family $165 Single $135
1-6 Month: Family $115 Single $95
Student: 3-month $40
Daily: Adults $5 Students $3
Exercise Classes - purchase membership or pay daily rate.
Senior Exercise Class - FREE.

Students ages 6-12 may use the exercise equipment if staff have time to supervise.
Students ages 13-18 may use the equipment following recieving instructions by staff.

Anyone with any health problem or anyone over 50 is encouraged to talk to thier doctor/health care provider before beginning an exercise program.

Food Pantry

The Food Pantry is located at Volunteers of Nebraska, Lewellen, NE and is open Monday through Friday, 9:00 an - 5:00 pm.

Anyone is eligible who feels they have a need for the food pantry.

Volunteers bring food from the food bank to the Volunteers of America food pantry. Donations of time, food and money make it possible to keep the food pantry full as the number of people who need the food pantry increases.

The VOA in Lewellen also sponsors the Annual Ash Hollow Pageant.
The 2010 Ash Hollow Pageant will be held on June 18 & 19.

The 9-Health Fair sponsored by the Lewellen VOA will be
