Show Guidelines

1. The show is limited to new, unused products only please.
   
2. Spaces are available on a first-paid basis. You will receive a confirmation card once payment is received. (Please contact Deanne (308) 772-3430 if you do not receive confirmation)
   
3. Vendor must provide and set up their own tables and/or backdrops. Two chairs will be provided.
4. Items cannot be hung on the walls! Set up times will be Friday from 6:00-8:00 p.m. and Saturday from 7:00-9:00 a.m.
5. All tables must be covered and items cannot spread into aisles.
   
6. Spaces will only be held until 8:30 a.m. on Saturday. (Please notify us if you will not be able to make it to the show.)
   
7. Clean up/take down shall not begin until after the show closes at 2:00.
   
8. Sorry, no refunds after November 3rd, 2008.
   
9. All property is at the risk of the exhibitor; and show promoter shall not be held responsible for damage or loss.

Come join our annual Holiday Craft & Gift Show in Oshkosh Nebraska! This friendly community event offers a great opportunity to sell your quality merchandise and raise funds for you or your organization.

Reserve your 10' x 10' space in the newly remodeled City Auditorium by November 3rd, 2008 for $20. (The cost goes up to $22.50 after that date.)

The City Auditorium is located north of US Hwy 26 on West 2nd Street in Oshkosh.
