July 3rd -Street Dance
Join the crowds on Main Street the evening of the 3rd for the Street Dance
Dance to the music of "To be announced"
Dance, visit, find old aquaintances,
and make many new friends! Entertainment for the whole family!
Co-sponsored by the Garden County Chamber of Commerce and Eagles Aerie # .
The 4th of July Celebration
is a full day of fun and events in Oshkosh.

2008 Schedule
6:30-10:00 a.m. Start your day early at the pancake feed sponsored by the
Garden County EMT's. Bring the
whole family for pancakes, eggs, sausages, juice and coffee. Delicious food for reasonable prices, and
you'll be helping to fund a very important service.
- 10:00 a.m. - 12:00 noon Hospitality Room at the Senior Center
- - Cold Water, Iced Tea, Visiting
- 11:00 a.m. Join in at the Parade on Main Street
- 11:30 approximate. Car, Bike and Tractor Show
- at the City Park following the Parade.
- Lunch at the park
- Mouthwatering smoked beef, chips, and beans.
- Free (donations accepted) (Beef donated by Oshkosh Feed Yard. Sponsored by Garden County Chamber of Commerce)
- Pie and Ice Cream Social
- Provided by the United Methodist Women
for minimal cost
- Entertainment at the gazebo in the park.
- Train rides around town throughout the day.
- Swimming at the City Pool
- 12:30 p.m. - 4:30 p.m.
- Entertainment and sidetrips
- Living exhibits at 2 Musuems
- Presented by the Garden County Historical Society
(free will donation)
- 5:00 p.m to ? Hamburgers in the park
- Provided by Eastern Star
- for minimal cost
- 7:00 p.m. Kids Games and Races at the Ballpark
- Sonsor: Lions Club
- Watermelon Feed
- At the east end of the Ballpark(free) Sponsored by Barn Butte Electic, Garden County News and Terry McCord Construction
- Dusk: The fireworks display provided by the Garden County Chamber of Commerce and the Lions Club, in co-operation of the Oshkosh Volunteer Fire Department, will again be held at the ball park.
