The coot season runs concurrent duck season dates. The daily bag limit is 15 coots, the possession limit is twice the daily bag.
Daily Bag Limit:

6 ducks. May include no more than 5 mallards (of which no more than 2 can be hens), 1 pintail (during the pintail season), 2 redheads, 1 scaup (lesser or greater), 2 wood ducks, 1 mottled duck, and 1 canvasback (during the canvasback season).

Pintails - 1 daily during the pintail season.
Canvasbacks - 1 daily during the canvasback season.
Mergansers - 5 daily, which may include no more than 2 hooded mergansers. Mergansers do not count toward the daily bag and possession limits for other ducks.

Possession Limit: twice the daily bag.
